Zhuji has significantly upgraded its infrastructure with an extensive new sewage collection network totaling 242km. This investment not only enhances flood prevention but also facilitates water-based tourism activities, enhancing livelihoods and economic development in the city. The innovative 'Four-way contribution' financing model pools resources from government funds, private sector investments, land transfer fees, and social contributions to ensure sustnable funding for Zhuji's resilient urban initiatives.
