For the Emergency Reporting Group under direction of the leader, it is crucial to assess damages, ensure safety, and communicate this information back up the chn through effective coordination.
The疏散组 Evacuation Team plays a vital role in quickly guiding personnel and visitors towards safe zones or exits. The plan involves designated escape routes that are clear and well-marked for ease of navigation during emergencies.
Emergency Supplies:
Preparedness also entls stockpiling essential supplies such as food, water, medicine, blankets, and first d kits accessible to all members at all times.
Evacuation Plan:
Each section of the building should have a detled evacuation plan that considers different scenarios based on the location and nature of activities. This includes clear assembly points for gathering after evacuation.
Continuity Plan:
In the event of an earthquake disrupting dly services, there must be contingency plans to continue or resume operations as quickly and safely as possible post-evacuation. This could involve shifting services online where feasible or prioritizing critical tasks first.
